Treat everyone with respect, including teammates, opponents, referees, and spectators.
Promote an inclusive environment where players of all ages, genders, abilities, and backgrounds feel welcome and valued.
No tolerance for discriminatory, offensive, or abusive behavior.
Abide by the official Walking Football rules: no running, minimal physical contact, and no slide tackles.
Play in the spirit of the game, prioritising fun, fitness, and camaraderie over winning.
Accept referees’ decisions without argument or protest, and encourage others to do the same.
Play safely and avoid endangering yourself or others. Respect the "no contact" rule and avoid aggressive play.
If you are injured or feel unwell, stop playing and seek assistance if necessary.
Ensure your footwear and equipment are appropriate for Walking Football to minimize injury risks.
Be supportive of all participants, especially those who are new or less experienced.
Offer encouragement and guidance where appropriate.
Foster a positive and uplifting atmosphere, both during and after matches.
